Helmut Kohl (1930 - 2017) was the sixth chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany from 1982 to 1996.

The "Armia Krajowa" (eng. Home Army) was the military arm of the Polish underground state and the largest military resistance organization in Europe during World War II. Its goal was to liberate Poland from German and Soviet occupation.
